The First Central Project comprises four 9 storey apartment buildings constructed around the Diageo complex in London NW10. Structa LLP undertook ground investigation for three of the four residential buildings and completed the structural and civil engineering design for the building constructed by Bellway Homes.

The building comprises ground floor parking with podium over, with three separate residential towers of 9, 8 and 6 storeys. The building provides 127 apartments with associated parking, communal and gymnasium areas. The construction of the building is reinforced concrete frame, with thermally separated concrete balconies and piled foundations.
