Our Story

Structa was established by four like-minded engineers in 2004, who wanted to set up their own business to better serve clients and to bring together a broad and talented team of engineers and technicians focused on achieving clients’ aims and aspirations through hard work and dedication. It has always been a fundamental objective to value diversity and adopt an inclusive culture which has a positive impact in our workplace.
Today, we employ over 40 talented engineers, technicians, and business support staff, operating across 4 offices covering projects throughout the UK. Each year we take on graduates, higher-level degree apprentices and trainee technicians in order to grow our business and develop the next generation of technical staff and leaders.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Each of our offices supports local homelessness charities, financially, through employee volunteering, fundraising and the provision of pro-bono services. We are a longstanding partner of DENS in Hemel Hempstead and Threshold in Swindon.
Employees are able to take two days paid leave every year to undertake volunteering activities and at Christmas we contribute to food hampers in support of our nominated charities.
