Structa undertook the geotechnical and civil and structural engineering design services for 2 buildings, 4-storeys in height, providing 187 student bedrooms. The buildings are connected at ground floor level via a glazed atrium that faces the Grand Union Canal, this floor also contains communal areas and management facilities.

The building has been sympathetically designed to respect the historical nature of their surroundings, and as part of this landscaping proposals utilises the canal to create a vibrant public space which includes widening of the existing tow path.
