Graham has over twenty years experience in civil and structural engineering. He is responsible for the management of multidisciplinary projects, he has a keen eye for detail and ensures tight coordination between disciplines. This ensures that projects are delivered on-time and enables savings to be realised when they’re available.

Graham manages the continual development of our technical standards to maintain our leading edge design capability.

Graham has extensive experience undertaking feasibility assessments for development sites, method statements for temporary works and basement construction and the design of structures against disproportionate collapse.

Project Manager responsible for the civil and structural engineering design for the Phase 3 and 4 re-development of a former manufacturing facility to provide 800,000sqft of B1/B2/B8 new warehousing and offices.

Z Hotel, Victoria, London 
Z Hotel LBS Limited

Project Manager responsible for the civil and structural engineering design for the alteration and refurbishment of a former office building to provide a 106 room hotel. This project involved deepening of the basement near the district line underground railway tunnel and significant alteration to the upper floors of the building to accommodate the change in use.

Kirkby Homes

Project Manager responsible for the civil and structural engineering design for the conversion and extension of a 3-storey concrete framed office building to form 14  residential apartments, ground floor and part first floor office. Subsequently a large penthouse apartment with extensive external terraces covering most of the roof area.

Severalls Hospital, Colchester
Taylor Woodrow, Bloor Homes and Bellway Homes

Project Manager responsible for the structural engineering design for new build residential dwellings across 12 parcels. Initial parcels F1 and F2 comprised of 33 and 16 plots, in a mix of detached, semi-detached and apartment configurations. The most recent development is for the D3 parcel which comprises 105 units of which 12 are apartments with the remainder houses.
