Graduate Development Programme

Our Graduate Development Programme will give you the best start to a career in Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy and is designed to provide you with the technical, professional, and managerial skills to progress in your career. The programme is aligned with the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institution of Structural Engineers. The scheme typically takes three years to complete, after which you will gain further experience before applying for your professional qualifications with either the ICE or IStructE. You will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects, and will also gain exposure to an alternative discipline i.e. civil or structural to give you a broad appreciation of engineering.

You will also have opportunity to develop your understanding of Geo-Environmental Engineering. Our aim is to develop Engineers who exhibit a level of knowledge, skill and professionalism that is required to contribute to and lead the development of our company.
