Core Office Hours – We want to ensure our employees have a work-life balance and can spend time with their families. Our core working policy ensures that the majority of staff are available between 10.00am and 4.00pm but allows flexibility around these hours to suit your working style or personal commitments.
Professional Development – We reimburse fees for professional memberships relevant to your role and allow 2 days paid study leave and paid leave to sit exams. We also offer internal and external training opportunities together with regular coaching and skills training.

Pension – Structa offers a workplace pension with Aviva, matching contributions of up to 4%. You may join at the end of your probation period.
Employee Assistance Programme – To support our employees on more of a day to day basis we offer all employees access to an Employee Assistance Program. This is an advisory and support service which covers a broad range of areas which any one of us may encounter at points in our lives.
Eyecare Vouchers – Working on computers daily entitles you to a free eye test. We provide Edenred Eyecare vouchers for eye tests and should an eye test reveal that lenses (glasses or contacts) are required specifically for VDU use, then the company will contribute up to £55 towards the costs of the required lenses.
